Clapham 90’s Retrofit
From a layout perspective, the brief was to reconfigure the ground floor layout, without increasing the built area, relocating the kitchen to the front of the property & living space to the rear, opening onto the garden. Upstairs we created a new guest WC at first floor and two ensuite shower rooms on the second floor.
