The brief is for rationalisation of existing extensions at ground floor to improve the functionality of the kitchen and dining space alongside the conversion of a loft space to form a bedroom and office. The proposal is contemporary but classic, introducing as much natural light as possible and creating an open ground floor plan with a strong connection to the garden.
