Other Studio Architects were commissioned to extend upwards a victorian terraced property in Walthamstow.
The proposal created a new standing seam green zinc hat for the house. The elevation, both window proportions and placement was developed from proportions found within the existing elevation.
The work created a third bedroom through the formation of a master bedroom suite in the existing loft space and a study space above the existing family bathroom.
